PRODUCTION SUPPORT & SUPERVISION

The method of assembly line & techniques assume high importance to keep up the Delivery schedule, control Labour cost, minimise assembly failures, to avoid mismatch / Difficulty at site during erection and finally to deliver a quality product to the customer.

With our strong expertise in Wind Turbines assembly we support our customers by offering supervision of production process supervision, Quality enhancement of major cost intensive components and Development of Inplant Testing methods.

Here we insist upon some of the widely accepted quality checks such as NDT methods, supply chain Management and evaluation of Individual production process which are very vital to ensure Reliability of the individual components and the whole WEG.

MICROSITING & WIND CURVE ANALYSIS

Proper Micrositing & Wind Curve Analysis is one of the most vital aspects of the Wind power Project to achieve the target Generation. Correct Positioning & Accurate prediction of the possible Generation determines the very basic viability & Realisation of Return on investment.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
